1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cold, regular, salted butter (39 grams)
A little less than 1/2 cup of whole milk (100 grams)
Bake at 425 F (218 C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
